Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Spicy Potato Chips

Decadent dip and spicy homemade chips are a perfect combination.

Ingredients
16 fluid ounces half and half
1 tablespoon Argo® Corn Starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon white ground pepper
3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
2 teaspoons chives
1 pound potato chips, fresh made
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
Directions

Whisk half and half, corn starch, salt, garlic powder and white pepper in a saucepan.  Bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly.  Garnish with chives. 

Toss freshly made potato chips with Cajun seasoning.  Serve with Blue Cheese Dip.
