Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine bran cereal and milk in a large bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in oil, honey, bananas, peanut butter, egg and egg white.
Mix flours, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Stir dry ingredients and raisins into banana mixture, just until moistened. Spoon batter into greased OR paper lined muffin cups.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan and serve warm.
