Spicy rub makes for great wings right out of the fryer.

Fry Time
10 to 15 minutes
Ingredients
5 pounds chicken wing drummettes, thawed
2/3 cup Argo® Corn Starch
Deep fryer oil

Dry Rub for Wings:
2-1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon leaf oregano
1 tablespoon ground basil
2 to 3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1-1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon black medium grind pepper
Directions

Pat wings dry; sprinkle with corn starch in a large bowl coating completely.  Deep fry wings at 350°F, 10 to 15 minutes, until wings are cooked through.

Combine all dry rub ingredients and mix well.  Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons over wings as soon as they come out of the fryer.  Toss to coat completely.  Serve immediately.  Store remaining dry rub in a closed container.
