Pat wings dry; sprinkle with corn starch in a large bowl coating completely. Deep fry wings at 350°F, 10 to 15 minutes, until wings are cooked through. Combine all dry rub ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons over wings as soon as they come out of the fryer. Toss to coat completely. Serve immediately. Store remaining dry rub in a closed container.
