2 pounds potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each

2 tablespoons Argo® Corn Starch
|
|
1 envelope ranch seasoning (1oz)
|
|
1 teaspoon paprika
|
|
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
|
|
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
|
|
1 cup sour cream or ranch dressing for dipping (optional)

Soak the potato wedges in water for 30
minutes. Drain the water and pat the potatoes dry. Preheat the oven
to 425F. In a small bowl, combine the corn starch, ranch seasoning,
paprika, and garlic powder then set aside. Add the potatoes to a large
mixing bowl and drizzle the oil over them. Stir to coat the
potatoes. Sprinkle the seasoning over the potatoes and toss to
combine. Spread the potato wedges out on a parchment-lined baking
sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve warm
with sour cream and/or ranch dressing.
