Cake Pan Coating

Makes about 2/3 cup
Ingredients
1/2 cup Argo® Corn Starch
1/2 cup Mazola® Canola Oil
OR Mazola® Vegetable Plus! Oil
1/2 cup shortening
Directions

Beat all ingredients toether with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Keep refrigerated. When ready to use apply coating to cake pans with pastry brush.

This will keep 4 to 6 months.
